How many kids should I invite?

Package sizes are built around common group sizes: Basic fits 6–8 jumpers, Starter and Rookie both fit 10, Pro fits 15, and Extreme fits 20. If your guest list falls between tiers, it’s worth booking the smaller package and asking about adding jumpers rather than guessing high — Level Up requires the full minimum headcount of whichever tier you land on.

DIY or hosted — what’s the difference?

Do-It-Yourself packages (Basic and Starter) give you the space and food with no dedicated staff member assigned to your party — you’re running the show. Full-Service Hosted packages (Rookie, Pro, Extreme) include a dedicated party host whose entire job is managing your party’s room: gathering kids together, giving instructions, running an in-room game, serving pizza and cake, and cleaning up afterward. If you’d rather focus on your child and guests instead of managing logistics, hosted is the difference-maker.

What does the party host actually do?

Think of them as running air traffic control for your party room. They gather the kids, explain what’s happening and when, lead a game to keep everyone engaged, serve the food, and handle cleanup — all so you’re not doing any of that yourself.

How long is the party?

Every package includes a 2-hour all-access wristband. Hosted and Starter packages add a 45-minute private party room within that 2-hour window for cake, food, and gifts.

What food is included?

Pizza scales with package size — 1 XL pizza for Basic, 2 for Starter and Rookie, 3 for Pro, 4 for Extreme — plus drinks (1 can of pop per person on Basic, 2 litres of assorted pop for hosted packages). Cake isn’t included in any package. Additional food, like popcorn and chicken wings, is available for purchase on-site. Basic package parties take place in the general snack shack area and don’t allow any outside food, including cake — no exceptions. Starter and hosted packages, which include a private party room, allow outside cake and a few other items (see below).

What do parents need to bring?

For Starter, Rookie, Pro, and Extreme packages — all of which include a private party room — you’re welcome to bring your own cake, fruit and vegetable platters, coffee/tea, and water. Any other outside food is subject to a $50 fee (waived automatically if you’ve added Level Up). Party rooms come generically decorated, so feel free to bring your own decorations — just no silly string, unweighted balloons, or confetti. Basic package parties are in the general snack shack area, not a private room, and don’t allow any outside food or drink — including cake — under any circumstances.

What do parents need to know about cost?

Aerosports runs on a pay-to-play model — only jumpers pay admission. If a parent is there to watch rather than jump, there’s no charge for them.

What happens when we arrive?

Check-in varies depending on when you visit. On weekdays and during slower periods, you’ll check in at the main cash desk. On weekends, there’s typically a dedicated party check-in counter. Either way, your host will introduce themselves to you directly once you’ve checked in.

What’s included overall?

Every package includes a 2-hour all-access wristband and grip socks. Starter and hosted packages add a private party room. Hosted packages add a dedicated host, more food, and a Prize Drop Game for the birthday child. Level Up, available on Starter and hosted packages for $7.50/child, adds 30 extra minutes of play, 2 arcade tokens per child, and waives the outside-food fee.
